Have you always wanted to get in shape but don’t know where to start? Are you looking to take your training to the next level? Would you like a personalised plan to help you to achieve your goals, together with individualised coaching and motivation?

I offer personal training at White Dog Studio in Footscray. Whether you want to lose weight, gain mass, get faster, get stronger or just improve your overall fitness, I’ll design a program around you. By using a combination of strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and flexibility and stretching exercises, I’ll help you to build or improve your fitness in line with your goals.

You know losing weight is not able to be done with exercise alone and you know changes to your diet and lifestyle have the potential to be life changing for you. But you have constantly been putting it off, adding it to the 'too hard basket'. There is a lot of conflicting information out there and you have no idea where to start, let alone how to make it work for you and your family.

You might want to lose that last 5kgs, get back to how you used to look, increase your energy levels, improve your sleep quality, reduce bloating and digestive issues or just feel happier. You have tried various diets before and found nothing has really worked or managed to stick.

I am a Functional Nutrition Consultant. I have expanded my passion for health into the study and practice of functional nutrition after my own journey of healing with whole foods. I went from feeling tired and lethargic, experiencing regular low moods and constant weight gain to feeling better, higher energy levels, general overall feeling of happiness, falling in love with myself and the happy byproduct of returning to my natural weight.

My area of expertise is to initiate and promote change in the health of individuals and their families through simple habit changes in diet and lifestyle. A nutrition coach is a valuable investment to help you stay on track and go further in a shorter time than you would by yourself, allowing you to benefit from my own personal experiences with making food changes, my knowledge and constant education.

My approach is to get back to real foods and find the right foods that suit your body. Every person is different and there is no one diet that is going to suit every body. I can help you with an in-home pantry and fridge makeover, teach you how to read food labels, help you understand the ‘why’ behind the changes, develop meal plans and teach you how to choose better versions of your favourites at the supermarket.
