Angela is a Functional Nutrition Consultant. She has been passionate about health and fitness for over 15 years, beginning with pilates and movement and then expanding into the study and practice of functional nutrition after her own journey of healing with whole foods. She went from feeling tired and lethargic, experiencing regular low moods and constant weight gain to feeling better, higher energy levels, general overall feeling of happiness, falling in love with herself and the happy byproduct of returning to her natural weight.
Angela's area of expertise is to initiate and promote change in the health of individuals and their families through simple habit changes in diet and lifestyle. A nutrition coach is a valuable investment to help you stay on track and go further in a shorter time than you would by yourself, allowing you to benefit from Angela's own personal experiences with making food changes, her knowledge and constant education.

Together we can makeover your pantry & fridge to set you up for success with healthy habits. During the makeover you will learn:
* How to sort your current food into 'throw-out', 'transitioning phase' and 'keep' sections
* How to read food labels
* Understand the reasons behind the changes
* Develop a meal plan for the next week based around your family’s likes and budget

Guided Shopping Tour
Together we can explore your local supermarket, health food shop, and/or farmers market. During the tour you will learn:
