Hi! I'm Angela.

I love to move. I love the feeling in my mind and body when i’m moving and the endorphin release afterwards. Movement is key to my mental wellbeing - plain and simple, I feel happier when i’m moving.

Move, cherish & love your body!

Pilates has served as an integral component of my goal to stay fit, healthy and active. It’s helped me become strong and pain-free and serves as a fantastic way to de-stress. I like to describe pilates as teaching you correct movement and enabling you to develop the body awareness to achieve optimal movement.


I love to cherish my body by fuelling it with nutritious, real foods. I experience great joy in preparing and eating foods that I know are good for my body. On my journey to improve my health I discovered the healing power of food and the importance of what you put in and on your body. I went from feeling tired and lethargic, experiencing regular low moods and constant weight gain to feeling better, higher energy levels, a general overall feeling of happiness, falling in love with myself and the happy byproduct of returning to my natural weight.


Our mind and bodies are so interconnected. Your thoughts are powerful and to experience optimal levels of health you need to be coming from a place of love. Love for yourself, love for your body and love for your life. Science is beginning to show that our gut is our second brain. By moving and eating well you will experience greater clarity of mind, improved moods and an overall feeling of happiness. And with greater clarity of mind, improved moods and feeling happier you are more motivated and likely to move and eat well. Each fuels the other and without one, the others break down.

Whether it be pain, growing older, lack of time or convenience that has caused you to stop moving or eating well, I can help you return to a fully functioning body and achieve optimal movement and health so that you can continue to live a life you love and keep moving and living well into old age.

I have seen hundreds of people come through my clinic and every persons body is unique. Each person has their own set of postural issues, pain points, tight spots and diet requirements.

The Angela Maree approach is tailored to YOU - your body and your lifestyle. It uses a fusion of pilates, stretch therapy, nutritional therapy and mindfulness to teach you how to move with grace and ease, develop body awareness and implement simple diet and lifestyle changes to achieve optimal health.

Professional bio

Angela is a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Functional Nutrition Consultant and Health & Wellness Coach. She holds a Certificate IV in Pilates, Certificate IV in Fitness, Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and Certificate in Functional Nutrition. She has completed further study in Pre and Post Natal Pilates and Stretch Therapy.

As a person that lives and breathes health and wellbeing, her passion began with pilates and movement and expanded into the study and practice of functional nutrition after her own journey of healing with whole foods. She has been practicing pilates for over 15 years and credits it to keeping her strong and pain free whilst working a career behind a desk in Finance. Pursuing her dream to be a Pilates instructor, Nutrition and Health Coach, Angela is Inspired to teach others to move, cherish and love their bodies.

Angela enjoys working with clients in a 1:1 and small group environment. She has extensive experience working alongside physiotherapists and osteopaths in a clinical rehabilitative setting teaching pilates and working with individuals to make simple habit changes to their diet and lifestyle. She thrives on creating a personalised and challenging program that achieves results in returning her client to optimal health and a fully functioning body.
