Use the Pilates Reformer machine to tone, stretch, balance and relax your whole body every single session. Excellent for toning, improving posture and poise and a whole lot of fun too.
Classes are kept to a maximum of 6 in a reformer class enabling me to know your body better ensuring you get personalised attention & the results you want.
Mat Pilates Class
Tone & sculpt the body incorporating Pilates, ballet & yoga moves with the use of Pilates balls, magic rings & bands. Totally body workout designed to develop strength, flexibility & stamina. Open to all levels.

Stretching Class
A safe, yet extremely efficient way to improve your flexibility. Using various techniques including stretching, fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning and relaxation to improve the range of motion of your body and enable you to perform ordinary and extraordinary tasks with greater ease and for longer in life.
